STP hits $168 by dec 2008 or before

12/10/2008
2.8 million mortgage loan defaults in 2008 and 2009, and the bottom won't be reached until 2010.....well the news just keeps getting worse and worse....
it used to be 2.0 million and bottom in 2009....
so what will the US try to do?....recover in 3 to 4 years...cause, they better not follow the Japanese plan...because that one didn't work...Japan took 10 years, to bottom out...

What to trade next starts a new chapter in BLOGGING HISTORY!!!!
I'LL be posting NEXT YEARS CHARTS, TODAY!!!!!

STP eps estimate for 2009 = $3.12
Eps growth for 2009 = 54%
target price STP – 2009...
EPS X GROWTH = BOOK VALUE
$3.12 X 54 = $168

I think i'm getting good enough to start a new series in this blog..
this new series is how to post next years charts today....
so on this STP chart...it's 2007 and 2008 ...
I didn't really put the candlesticks in 2008 in any true representation...because I don't have enough one month candlestick formations built up to copy and paste them together...I was jus excited to realize i can see STP at $170 buy dec 2008....
so my next 2008 chart ... i will try to include what months i think the dips will occur in....
example...in this chart...MAY /JUNE 2008 should show a 20% dip...but i didn't have a 20% DIP candlestick pattern to copy and paste to this chart....so i'll have it on the next chart...

Z,

Your numbers are whacked!

http://investtalk.com/listingsEntry.asp?ID=500742&PT=

Listen to that audio. You are basically doing the same thing. The problem here is that you are using 2009 projection to value a stock for 2008. The growth rate for 2008 is the difference between 2007 and 2008. Not 2008 and 2009.

I think you got a little ahead of yourself there.

Hi zee,

I also like STP very much. I'm considering an entry very soon. However, I felt the need to let you know that your book value calculation is not right.

It should be: P/B = P/E x ROE

or simply: Book value = EPS/ROE

ok tweakie...

i shouldn't be calling my formula book value...
I went all over the internet and i couldn't find out what it's called...

(eps x eps year to year growth %) x 100 = future stock price...

so if you know what to call it...please let me know...thanks..
zee
maybe it's called growth value?

and tweakie...
f8 hasn't been following me long enough to know this, yet ...about me......
I NEVER MISS ON TARGET PRICE!!!!!..but we won't know if i missed on STP = $168..until late 2008 or 2009....so stayed tuned everyone....

NO WAY DOES SPX GET ABOVE 1495...then starts CORRECTING AT LEAST 40 /45 POINTS....then xmas rally begins official....SPX target price 1615......

I think you will miss SPX @ 1615.

What are your other target prices so that I can take into consideration?

beanie style is to play momo, and your style is to buy bottom. Am I correct? Missed out on UPL=62.50 because it never got there.

Z,

I hope you don't take offense. You know that I call out beanie and scibby all the time. It would be unfair to play favor.

In all, I really like your work.

Lately, I have been penny wise and pound foolish.

target price in my universe means long term....

on swing trades...
i guess i should have said SPX resistance at 1495..so maybe theres a 40 point pull back....

Now on 1615...that's a target price....and time frame is this month or in Jan...
zee

CELG has a short term target price of $58..(10 to 30 days)..longer term it's much higher than that....
entry price...is probably tomorrow's low...
