I learned my lesson. If you want decent delta on BBH options, be prepared to buy the $1500 - $1900 priced options. Anything less has 10/15 delta. I'll stick with the IBB, like I always do.

I think it’s safe to short XLE wed afternoon. I’m still bearish on XLE and that whole mess.
Wed. crude reports plus for oil and drawdowns for jet fuel and gasoline.
The drawdown part of the report gets the attention on Wed. and the Increase in crude supplies get the attention on Thurs.
Thurs oil prices head south, bringing XLE with it.

Thus, Voila XLE falls and brings the SPY with it.

I’m seldom right on my two day forecasts for XLE. It’s Just good to have in my back pocket, if the scenario starts playing out tomorrow. Spy has to reach 140.3 ( up 300 from Mon.. low)and XLE has to reach 57.2 (50 day) to trigger PUTS.

Also Fri, unemployment report. Market always down ahead of Fri employment report. So it’s better than 50/50 money SPY gets devastated on Thurs.

**** I had a long term epiphany …..****** I’m bearish on OIL Companies and XLE
Oil companies are SUB-PRIME. Opec cut 2 mil barrels ($55/ barrel) in production, for real. That’s $100 mil / day losses. That’s $3 billion / month, There’s no end in site. Profits are bleeding.

I don’t know what stockcharts means by (MA)40, but I understand the signal.
Sell AFTER A $1.25 dead cat bounce, re-enter 8 or 9 days from now and ride WEN up to 50 day….= $33.00
