I SEE 102/103 ICF bottom and I’m in. 11%-12% correction, is fairly huge for ICF. Using Percentage drop, on High flyer's like these are the only, Accurate buy signal.
I see CVX at 63/65 I’M IN. I still think, XLE has further to drop. I'm leaning more towards the $63 entry price.
