Fri. ….. down…OIL Report runs out of Steam,
It is when variations of this pattern start occurring, that’s when XLE is starting to signal, a strong correction, or rally, coming…
MON OIL ESTIMATES FIMAT for wed, MAR 21...unreliable info...but easily interpreted...after a good deal of experience....this week, 70/30 FIMAT correct...

-1.6M DIST. …….HEATING OIL AND JET FUEL…(BAD)
-2.6 GASOLINE (BAD)
2 OUT OF THREE COMPONENTS BAD…MEANS …
TSO and VLO and SUN , XOM , XLE , OIH, ETC…should go thru the roof on WED.
If they don’t ….it means Bernanke said something, to change XLE course direction…. and general markets , too!..
Look how nicely OIH faired through the recent downturn. Hit the wall at 70 MPH and not even a scratch….Makes me suspicious.
IS $158 a possible target? In 2008 you have RIG forecast to make $11 share / 2008 ….
Has any of that forecast shown up in RIG’s stock price? Not a cent…How many other OIH stock’s with similar stories....

OIH is bewildering me. I hardly ever invest in it, unless XLE bottom is a strong Bottom signal...
Then I buy both XLE and OIH and I usually show 55% gains.OIH...
The question to me right now..Does XLE take out $59..if so look for more upside OIH...
