There’s nothing wrong with TXI or VMC...as far as EPS...trend....
so It’s a matter of what’s the best entry price....I’d start buying now....and in two days...if I can get a better price...I’ll buy more...
because...the sale price..is quite evident...
somewhere....OVER the 50 day...(the red line....) and THEN...possible...new yearly highs....

buying GES may 40 call 1.25/1.30...may 35 call...4.50...first leg of 30/50 signal...I’d like to see $38...but that’s doubful..
buying TXI may 70 call 4.40.....downside....TXI...goes down...and have to buy more....sell $6.00 minimum....

HAD YOU BOUGHT EVERY STOCK...RECOMMENDATION....I have recommended .and by others in the comment section.....
