PROBABLY HOUSING REPORTS bring the market back down to re-test 12,500...or 12,700....TOL , WCI report wed and econ cal.. there,s mortgage apps and new home sales...and then TGT,ANF,SPLS,DKS,LOW,TLB,SAKS,ANN,TSL...and a host of other retailers report earnings and if they are anything like WMT they are going to tank the market....So it’s a high probability , next week could be volitile....well, VIX at $37 again and im buying the SEPT 25 PUTS....for a buck...sell for $5...maybe..

it's possible this is one of the scenarios in the next two weeks...

cause just when DOW is at 125/127,(repeat, retest ) you'll hear the rumor mill kick in and say the FED is lowering interest rates Sept 18....and watch the VIX nose dive on rumor...and the dow go up 400 points...

SO HERE IT IS ( RATE CUT) ADD 6 MO’S TO SEPT 18 = MARCH 17TH 2008 WE ENTER INTO A BEAR MARKET....SO GOING INTO APRIL 2008 EARNINGS IS GOING TO BE BRUTAL.....15 TO 20% CORRECTION , MINIMUM......BEFORE ANY OF THIS HAPPENS WE GET A REALLY NICE XMAS RALLY....DOW UP TO 14,750....BUY DEC 2007...BUT BEFORE DEC RALLY, WE RETEST 12,500...ON THE DOW...( PROBABLY ON NEGATIVE COMMENTS THE FED WILL NOT CUT RATES ON SEPT 18....LIES, INNUENDO, RUMOR)... AND ON OCT EARNINGS BEING SOFT, THEY WON'T BE....

I feel really bad for the China man that sold Mattel the Bad Paint....in china, those kinds of fraud, end up in Chinese court, and usually the sentence is Death...contrast that to the US...6 months and a $200 fine...i guess US management (in general) are far more trustable than Chinese management...

The SPY an DIA chart sure look ugly...i don’t see how the DOW can possibly hold above 13,000 for much longer....so i found some lower lows, for support...not saying this happens ...but it is possible...
Spy 156 – 10% = 140 = NEXT SUPPORT down FOR spy.I used 10% because the pundits say that's normal for a correction./pullback..after such a long bull run...before continuing on to the next leg up...
..and SPY at 140 = DIA at 126/127...DIA at 127 = 200 ma...

also DIA at RSI 38... once a stock is at RSI 38 , it usually falls the rest of the way down to RSI 30, which = about 127...
