UPL nat gas APA

UPL 08 EPS IS 2.25 or so and has never changed past 6 to 9 months
but the 07 eps has been lowered to 1.35, down 35 cent from 1.70, that's pretty drastic
which makes me 95% certain, UPL will be a failed double top
