USO, could signal a market top--BBOX,CSCO,NSM,CI,KSS,S

TELECOMS still have a little more upside, so short S at the last month' highs ( hi 9's, I think)
KSS and CI may give one more chance on Monday



It's getting to where If I see certain prices on certain stocks, I'll know the market has topped out, and the Aug rally will be over.
