Spy Outlook, usually pulls back before earnings season begins. Most Dow 30 stocks are at rsi 65-70. The day of their report, the rsi, has usually been dropping, down to rsi 50. When this drop in rsi happens to 25 to 30 stocks in the dow 30, the spy begins dropping too.
