Steve Forbes: The Electoral College won't reverse Trump win

Forbes, talks about the economy and China. makes me think, any major correction, might be delayed until 2019. ..........macro alert! if the economy is good, at the 2018 elections, this will overwhelmingly favor the republicans---demo's have 33 senate seats to defend----so, this may favor "the no correction camp", until 2019---we'll see.
