2400 is the full retracement---then 4800 is the next high---i think it
retests 2150 first,( and maybe 2 or 3 times) then get 4200 high

if the gov't will let total global crypto get to $3 trillion invested, then bitcoin will get to $90,000
EDIT 8-13-2017, bitcoin has a hard fork decision at $6,000, as near as I understand the hardfork---I think the hardfork, has something to do with bitcoins transaction speed, oh let's say at a restaurant, when one is getting set to pay the bill. It slows down too much, and the remedy, is to release an alt coin, bitcoin unlimited, that increases the size of the blockchain, but in doing so, you have a different coin.
