people are trying to spend bitcoin, but the transaction to process speed, is very behind,
and it's taking quite awhile to get confirmations...

one of the desktop bitcoin wallets, downloads the entire (1MB) blockchain, (takes about 4 to 5 hours), to store your bitcoin....
A pirated movie (compressed down to 750 MB) takes about 2 hours to download---
so a compressed blockchain, that takes 4 to 5 hours to download, must have 1.5GB of compressed info on it---

if this is so, seems like crypto mis-named all the measuring---why not call it 1.5 GB, instead of 1mb.
